We make it as easy to donate and volunteer online as it is to shop online, and we make it simple and affordable for all nonprofits, of any size, to recruit donors and volunteers via the Internet. Network for Good also now provides a web-based directory of free articles on marketing, fundraising and more.
The Alliance for Nonprofit Management is the professional association of individuals and organizations devoted to improving the management and governance capacity of nonprofits - to assist nonprofits in fulfilling their mission. The Alliance is a learning community that promotes quality in nonprofit capacity building via a major annual conference, member discounts on books and other publications, and more.
The National Council of Nonprofit Associations (NCNA) is the network of state and regional nonprofit associations serving over 20,000 members in 41 states and the District of Columbia. NCNA links local organizations to a national audience through state associations and helps small and midsize nonprofits: Manage and lead more effectively; collaborate and exchange solutions; engage in critical policy issues affecting the sector; and achieve greater impact in their communities.
Idealist is a project of Action Without Borders, a nonprofit organization founded in 1995 with offices in the United States and Argentina. Idealist is an interactive site where people and organizations can exchange resources and ideas, locate opportunities and supporters, and take steps toward building a world where all people can lead free and dignified lives.
NPower's mission is to help other nonprofits use technology to serve their communities better. Through hands-on IT planning and implementation; skill and fluency based training; volunteer matching; and innovative technology consulting, we have helped tens of thousands of nonprofit organizations learn to employ IT to increase the reach and impact of their work. Created in 1999 by the Tides Foundation as eGrants.org, Groundspring.org is a forward-looking nonprofit that works to help progressive nonprofits increase their financial support through online fundraising. Groundspring.org's tool DonateNow allows organizations to accept credit card donations through online transactions. EmailNow gives nonprofits an affordable, ad-free tool to send e-newsletters, raise money online, and communicate with supporters. Groundspring.org also recently acquired ebase, a free community relationship management database developed by TechRocks. A workshop calendar is also available.
