Visioning — Facilitation to help you clarify your timeless core values, company vision, core purpose, envisioned future and steps to get there.
Business Plan Review/Feedback — Includes feedback on management model, market research to support your company focus, budget, financial projections and more.
Service Menu Review — Support maximizing the unique customer value of your services, service delivery methods, and target customers/audiences. May include recommendations for additional services, or service delivery based on what you do best and community need.
Fee Structure Review — Support creating a fee structure that is competitive, maximizes perceived value, is financially sustainable, and in alignment with your core values.

 Initial Consultation — Once your order is placed, we'll schedule a free 30-minute consultation with you to confirm your goals, outcomes you'd like to achieve, the specific consultant support scope/focus you'd like, and a timeline for completion. We'll follow up this call with a one-page service agreement to ensure mutual understanding of how you'd like to spend your consulting hours.
Where possible, we can meet with you in person. Otherwise, consulting takes place by phone, skype, or web meeting, depending on your preference.
 Consultation Support Begins — It's that simple. Based on our written agreement, we can concentrate your hours all at once, or spread them out over the course of the year as you reach other business development benchmarks on your own.
Remember, any hours that are not used within 12 months of purchase will be forfeited.
