Our customized graphic identity packages are designed to give a visual and emotional connection to the personality and vision of your NVC training business or organization. They also aid you in giving a consistent look and feel to all of your promotional materials. A consistent look helps you build recognition among your target audiences, presents a profesional and credible first impression, and helps you minimize design time on future publications. The Graphic Identity Packae is provided by project founder, Tiffany Meyer and her subcontractors. Meyer is the founder and president of Numa Marketing, and has developed graphic identities for NVC organizations, trainers, and a variety of small businesses and nonprofits for more than a decade.

Each Graphic Identity Only Package includes the following support and deliverables:

Logo — A custom-design logo to communicate who you are to your target audiences. Your logo will reflect the style, and personality of your company as much as possible, and will take into consideration how you'd like to use your logo in the future. You'll be provided both vector image files in EPS format in black only, color, and reverse (white), as well as web-ready images, and TIF images in BW, color and reverse, for use in MS Office programs.

Stationary — Based on the look of your selected logo, we'll design letterhead, business cards and #10 envelopes. Your stationary will take into consideration your printing budget, papers used, and whether you want to print actual letterhead, or only use it electronically. We also support you in finding a printer (package does not include printing costs). You'll be provided all print-ready native files in a zip file.

Design Guidelines — Our support includes identifying a color palette, type styles/treatments, image/photo styles, and the overall look and feel of your promotional materials. To make it easier for you or other designers to incorporate these elements into future materials, we provide a user-friendly 3-4 page design guidelines document in PDF format. It includes guidance on sizing/usage of your logo, color palette, type styles, and photo/image styles if relevant. This document will be provided as a PDF file by email.

 

Creative Brief Once your order is placed, you will be emailed our creative brief questionnaire. Complete this brief as acurately and completely as possible, providing as much background and information you'd like to guide us in developing your logo and identity.

Logo Concepts Presented — Within 5 working days of receiving your creative brief, we will present by email, two logo concepts. You choose one concept, with or without minor changes, to move forward with.

Finalize Logo — Your package includes up to 3 rounds of additional changes on your logo to get it finalized. Once finalized, we'll move on to step 4.

Stationary Concepts Presented — Within 5 working days of finalizing your logo, we will present by email, two stationary concepts (letterhead, business card, envelope). You choose one concept, with or without minor changes, to move forward with.

Stationary Concepts Finalized — Your package includes up to 3 rounds of additional changes on your stationary to get them finalized. This step also includes support in selecting a printer and papers. Once your stationary is finalized, we'll either submit your files print-ready to the printer of your choice, or provide them in a zip file for printing later.

Design Guidelines — Our final step is to provide you with your Design Guidelines document in PDF format by email.
