 Initial Consultation — Once your order is placed, we'll schedule a free 30-minute consultation with you to confirm your goals, outcomes you'd like to achieve, and a timeline for completion. This call will also be used to confirm our process with you.
 Market Research — Over the course of the first 2-4 weeks of our engagement, we will use our proven process to conduct relevant market research, and interviews with you to. We'll then translate this information into an easy-to-use written report that includes our recommended marketing strategy, tagline, key message points, and an elevator speech for your organization. Our clients have found this component to be one of the most valuable business / organizational development tools they've ever received.
 Strategy Brief Presentation — During a 60-90 minute phone based meeting, we'll present the strategy brief to you, walking you through the key data points and what they mean, and the reasoning behind our recommendations. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any of the findings.
 Marketing Plan — Once the Strategy Brief is complete, we'll develop a simple, user-friendly marketing plan to provide direction and focus to your promotion efforts. You'll participate via a few phone-based interviews to clarify outcomes you'd like to achieve, to brainstorm promotion tactics, and more.
 Graphic Identity Phase — Once your marketing plan is complete, we'll begin on your graphic identity. We'll follow the same steps and process identified in the Graphic Identity Only Package.
 Website Development Phase — Once your graphic identity is complete, we'll begin on your website design. We'll follow the same steps and process identified in the Website Only Package.
