1. How/where can I order NVC learning materials at wholesale? NOTE: Regardless of the option you choose, royalties are paid to
authors and/or the Center for Nonviolent Communication on all PuddleDancer Press titles.

Option A: PuddleDancer Press Online Bookstore

• What NVC Materials Can I Buy? PuddleDancer Press sells only books and booklets that we've published, including 10 books and 10 booklets (as of fall 2009).
• What is PuddleDancer's Wholesale Rate? When you buy on the PDP website, you can purchase any quantity of 10 or more of any title at 50% off the list price.
• What are PuddleDancer's Wholesale Order Requirements? Apart from the quantity limitations stated above (purchases of 10 or more copies of a single title), any one can receive these discounts from the PDP website at any time.
• How Do I Place My Order? Simply go to their online bookstore. Credit cards are accepted, and you may place your order 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. International orders are also accepted.

Option B: The Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) Bookstore

• What NVC Materials Can I Buy? CNVC sells a variety of books and booklets, video, as well as audio, video, and printed learning materials — many of which cannot be purchased anywhere else in the world .In addition, discount packages are available, as well as discounts for quantity and to CNVC certified trainers. • What is CNVC's Wholesale Rate? Please contact CNVC directly for their most recent rates for bulk orders and discounts provided to certified trainers.

Option C: Independent Publisher's Group (IPG)

• What NVC Materials Can I Buy? Independent Publisher's Group (IPG) is the wholesaler distributor for PuddleDancer Press, and sells only books and booklets published by PuddleDancer, including 8 books and 10 booklets. View the PuddleDancer Press product catalog now
• What is IPG's Wholesale Rate? Purchase 10 or more books and receive 47% off list price. Order 5-9 books and receive 40% off list price. IPG also honors the CNVC Certified Trainer discount, offering 40% off PuddleDancer Press titles with no minimum quantity — trainers simply need to mention that they are a certified trainer when placing their order. Unsold books can be returned to IPG for credit towards future purchases if the books are in resale condition.
• How Do I Place My Order? Contact the IPG sales department at 1-800-888-4741. IPG accepts credit card and check payments. International orders are accepted.

4. Tips to make the most of book sales

• Tip #1:  Sell Materials Relevant to Your Workshop or Event — There are dozens of NVC educational materials and products available from CNVC and PuddleDancer Press. You may want to experiment with selling a selection of products that are specifically relevant to your workshop or event, rather than trying to sell any and all materials

• Tip #2:  Promote NVC Product Sales Prior to Your Workshop or Event — A few days prior to your workshop, remind participants to come prepared to purchase NVC learning materials. Confirm what forms of payment you accept, and remind them what book sale proceeds are used for (scholarships,, to support admin expenses, etc).

• Tip #3:  Bundle NVC Materials into Packages — Feedback we’ve received from NVC trainers and teams confirms that when you bundle relevant products together into a package, participants are more likely to see their connection, and are more likely to buy the products together. We suggest also offering packages of books at 10% off the list price for an added incentive.
